Düzgün zamanlarla təhsiliniz, iş keçmişiniz və bacarıqlarınız haqqında necə aydın danışmaq olar.
Müsahibədə, networking söhbətində və ya ilk görüşdə olsun, keçmişinizi izah etmək sabit hissədir. Əsas çətinlik söz ehtiyatı deyil — zaman nəzarətidir.
Vacib zaman qaydaları
Past simple — bitmiş işlər və təhsil:
- I worked at Siemens for three years. (artıq işləmirəm)
- I studied economics in Warsaw.
Present perfect — indiyə qədərki təcrübə və ya hələ də sahib olduğunuz iş:
- I've worked in logistics for five years. (hələ də doğrudur)
- I've managed teams of up to ten people. (təcrübə, konkret vaxt yoxdur)
Present simple — hazırkı rolunuz:
- I work as a project manager.
- I'm responsible for the reporting side.
Klassik səhv hazırkı iş üçün past simple və ya present simple işlətməkdir: ❌ I worked here since 2022. / ❌ I work here since 2022. → ✅ I've worked here since 2022. Azərbaycan dilində «2022-ci ildən burada işləyirəm» (indiki zaman) deyildiyi üçün ikinci səhv xüsusilə yayılıb.
For və since
- for + müddət: for three years, for six months
- since + başlanğıc nöqtəsi: since 2022, since March
Faydalı ifadələr

Həqiqətən nə etdiyinizi izah etmək
Ən yayılmış zəiflik qrammatika deyil — nəticələr əvəzinə vəzifələri izah etməkdir. Müqayisə edin:

Qəlib budur: güclü fel + nə etdiyiniz + rəqəm. Təxmini rəqəm belə cümlənin necə qəbul olunduğunu dəyişir.
Faydalı fellər: led, built, cut, improved, launched, introduced, handled, coordinated, trained, resolved.
Qısa cavabı uzun-uzadı izah etmək
Müsahibə aparanlar çox vaxt tək sətirlik yox, dörd hissəli cavab istəyir:
- Vəziyyət — We had a backlog of about 300 tickets.
- Vəzifə — I was asked to get it under control.
- Hərəkət — I introduced a triage system and trained two colleagues on it.
- Nəticə — We cleared it in six weeks and it hasn't built up since.
B1 səviyyəsində belə bu quruluş işləyir, çünki hər hissə qısa cümlədir.
Səviyyə haqqında dürüst olmaq
Şişirtmək tez aşkar olur, azaltmaq isə sizə işi itirdir. İngilis dilinin faydalı ortası var:
- I'm confident with Excel. (onu yaxşı işlədirəm)
- I'm familiar with SQL. (onu oxuya bilərəm, mütəxəssis deyiləm)
- I've had some exposure to Python. (bir az)
- I'm learning German — I'd say upper-intermediate.
- That's not something I've done, but I've done something similar with…
Sonuncusu istənilən müsahibədə ən faydalı cümlədir: boşluğu qəbul edir və dərhal ən yaxın real şeyi təklif edir.
Boşluqlar və dəyişikliklər
Üzr istəmədən qısaca izah edin:
- I took a year out to travel.
- I was made redundant when the team was restructured. (günah nəzərdə tutulmur)
- I stepped back for family reasons, and I've been freelancing since.
- I wanted to move into something more technical.
Bir cümlə kifayətdir. Uzun izah normal boşluğu problem kimi göstərir.
Cavabınızı strukturlaşdırmaq
Əksər müsahibə aparanlar bunu gözləyir: indi → o zaman → nə üçün buradasınız.
At the moment I work as a data analyst at a logistics company, where I'm responsible for weekly reporting. Before that, I spent two years in customer support, which is where I first got interested in data. I've been looking for a role with more technical depth, which is why this position appealed to me.
Qarışığa diqqət edin: indi üçün present simple, bitmiş dövrlər üçün past simple, davam edən xətt üçün present perfect.

That's what got me into data, and it's why a role with more technical depth appealed to me.
