उपयोगी जोड़े: rise / fall, increase / decrease, sharply / gradually / steadily।
संज्ञा-क्रिया का वह बँटवारा ध्यान दें जो लोगों को उलझा देता है: prices rose (क्रिया, कोई ऑब्जेक्ट नहीं) लेकिन a rise in prices (संज्ञा)। और trend towards लेता है: a trend towards shorter contracts.
