과거 시제 — 끝난 업무와 학업:

가장 흔한 약점은 문법이 아니라, 성과 대신 업무만 나열하는 거예요. 비교해 보세요:

짧은 대답을 채우는 법
면접관은 보통 한 줄짜리 대답이 아니라 네 부분으로 된 대답을 기대해요:
- 상황 — We had a backlog of about 300 tickets.
- 과제 — I was asked to get it under control.
- 행동 — I introduced a triage system and trained two colleagues on it.
- 결과 — We cleared it in six weeks and it hasn't built up since.
B1 수준에서도 이 구조는 잘 통해요, 각 부분이 짧은 문장 하나면 되니까요.
자신의 수준에 대해 솔직하기
