الحديث عن تعليمكم وخبرتكم
كيف تتحدثون بوضوح عن دراستكم وخبرتكم في العمل ومهاراتكم — بالأزمنة الصحيحة.
في المقابلة، وفي لقاءات التعارف المهني، وفي الاجتماع الأول، يكون الحديث عن أنفسكم فقرة جاهزة. والصعوبة الأساسية ليست في المفردات، بل في التحكم في الأزمنة.
قواعد الأزمنة المهمة
Past Simple — للوظائف والدراسة المنتهية:
- I worked at Siemens for three years. (لم أعد هناك)
- I studied economics in Warsaw.
Present Perfect — للخبرة حتى اللحظة الحاضرة أو للعمل المستمر:
- I've worked in logistics for five years. (مستمر)
- I've managed teams of up to ten people. (خبرة دون تاريخ محدد)
Present Simple — للمنصب الحالي:
- I work as a project manager.
- I'm responsible for the reporting side.
الخطأ الكلاسيكي — Past Simple للعمل الحالي: ❌ I worked here since 2022. ← ✅ I've worked here since 2022. والترجمة الحرفية لـ«عملتُ هنا منذ 2022» هي بالذات مصدر هذا الخطأ.
For وsince
- for + المدة: for three years, for six months
- since + نقطة البداية: since 2022, since March
عبارات مفيدة
الدور الحالي:
- I work as a... / I'm a...
- I'm responsible for...
- My main role is to...
- I report to...
الخبرة:
- I have five years' experience in...
- I've worked on several projects involving...
- Before that, I was at...
المهارات:
- I'm confident with... / I'm familiar with...
- One of my strengths is...

كيف تتحدثون عن النتائج لا عن المهام
أكثر نقاط الضعف شيوعًا ليست القواعد، بل سرد المهام بدل النتائج. قارنوا:

النمط هكذا: فعل قوي + ما فعلتموه + رقم. حتى الرقم التقريبي يغيّر وقع العبارة.
أفعال مفيدة: led, built, cut, improved, launched, introduced, handled, coordinated, trained, resolved.
كيف توسّعون الإجابة القصيرة
ينتظر المحاور عادةً إجابة من أربعة أجزاء لا سطرًا واحدًا:
- الموقف — We had a backlog of about 300 tickets.
- المهمة — I was asked to get it under control.
- الإجراء — I introduced a triage system and trained two colleagues on it.
- النتيجة — We cleared it in six weeks and it hasn't built up since.
حتى على مستوى B1 ينجح النمط، لأن كل جزء جملة قصيرة.
بصدق عن مستواكم
المبالغة تنكشف سريعًا، والتقليل يكلّفكم الوظيفة. وفي الإنجليزية منطقة وسطى عملية:
- I'm confident with Excel. (أتقنه بثقة)
- I'm familiar with SQL. (أفهمه، لكني لست خبيرًا)
- I've had some exposure to Python. (تعاملت معه قليلًا)
- I'm learning German — I'd say upper-intermediate.
- That's not something I've done, but I've done something similar with…
العبارة الأخيرة هي الأنفع في أي مقابلة: تعترف بالثغرة وتقدّم فورًا أقرب ما لديكم فعلًا.
الانقطاعات وتغيير المسار
اشرحوها باختصار ودون اعتذار:
- I took a year out to travel.
- I was made redundant when the team was restructured. (دون تلميح إلى خطأ منكم)
- I stepped back for family reasons, and I've been freelancing since.
- I wanted to move into something more technical.
جملة واحدة تكفي. أما الشرح الطويل فيحوّل الانقطاع العادي إلى مشكلة.
كيف تبنون الإجابة
ينتظر المحاور عادةً: الآن ← قبل ذلك ← لماذا هنا.
At the moment I work as a data analyst at a logistics company, where I'm responsible for weekly reporting. Before that, I spent two years in customer support, which is where I first got interested in data. I've been looking for a role with more technical depth, which is why this position appealed to me.
لاحظوا المزيج: Present Simple للحاضر، وPast Simple للفترات المنتهية، وPresent Perfect للخط المستمر.
«Tell me about yourself» ليس سؤالًا مفتوحًا. إنه يعني: دقيقتان عن مساركم المهني، تنتهيان بسبب وجودكم هنا الآن. البدء بالجامعة أو بمكان نشأتكم أكثر الطرق شيوعًا لإضاعة أول دقيقتين من المقابلة. ابدؤوا من الحاضر وعودوا إلى الوراء.
القصة نفسها مرتين
ضعيف: I worked in customer support. I was responsible for answering emails. Then I moved to data. Now I make reports.
قوي: I'm a data analyst now — I own the weekly reporting for the logistics team. I came to it from customer support, where I was handling about 40 queries a day and started automating the reports nobody had time for. That's what got me into data, and it's why a role with more technical depth appealed to me.
المسار المهني نفسه، والمستوى نفسه من الإنجليزية. وفي الصيغة الثانية فعل قوي، ورقم، وخط متصل.
